SBM: Process App vs. Application: Embrace the Power

The process app is what you are working on in SBM Composer.  The application is what users see in Work Center as they are submitting and transitioning items.  Work Center can group two more applications in application groups so that searches and multi-view reports will access items in any of the applications in the group.
