SBM 
Deployment Automation 6.3.4 or higher.
 

Situation

After upgrading Deployment Automation (DA), any Rest Grids in SBM that call DA may give the following error

Using the Developer Tools to look at the error, it may appear as error 500
 

Cause

The new DA version changed its syntax for the way it sends the result back. Below is the old syntax for DA 6.3.3
 

Resolution

To fix this issue, navigate to the REST Grid properties, on the General tab, and click Configure. Then, click Get Sample Data and OK to save. That will change the "results" tab to have the new format.

Note: If you have javascript on the form which reads the REST Grid, you may need to update the script to use the new return syntax.
