SBM: Is your Notelogger or Email Submit no longer working?

As of Saturday, October 1, 2022, Microsoft365 will discontinue basic authentication.  If your Notelogger or Email Submit are failing to work while you are using O365 mailboxes, please make sure that you have them setup to use OAuth2.  We have updated our OAuth2 setup document with the latest tips and issues identified.
