Getting these errors in the NS.Log: com.serena.sbm.data.Workflow Cache is not alive (STATUS_SHUTDOWN)

Hello, SBM 12.2 on windows server. 

My Ns.logs are filling up fast. 

 ERROR 09-01-2025 16:23:45 [Events] -- Exception Thrown while processing Notification Event '=== Subject content==  Review State. Review SOLARIS Environment'.
java.lang.IllegalStateException: The com.serena.sbm.data.Workflow Cache is not alive (STATUS_SHUTDOWN)

Any idea what is going on? 

Last week I found that my odbc driver for common log was disabled. I used another driver. 

Something is not right. 

Any ideas welcome. 

Opened a ticket with support.

    It certainly couldn't hurt. I have noticed that clearing the Tomcat cache has helped with more problems lately than it ever did in the past. It might be because we've upgraded Tomcat. Maybe the newer versions of Tomcat work differently. We'll have to keep our eye on that possibility for a while and see what we come up with.
