Extra copies of scheduled reports being emailed

My scheduled monthly reports have been emailed to me as duplicates for a year or more, but I never looked into why.  Yesterday, they were emailed as quadruplets.  Unfortunately, I had the day before effectively stopped entries into ns.log, and the next day I deleted all the additional ns.log files anyway.  I'll turn notification to ns.log back on and run a test to see if I can duplicate the problem; otherwise, my next opportunity to look at ns.log would be the next monthly report run, June 1st.

Any ideas as to the cause?

    I would suspect that the entries in the ts_notificationevents table that represent scheduled reports got duplicated.  You can view your scheduled reports in your user profile and verify that you only have the report scheduled once.  Perhaps, your scheduled report entries in the ts_notificationevents some how got duplicated.

    From looking at the templates in the App Admin, I concluded that only one template is in use for any scheduled report.  Only two templates show data in the Usage column, which contains too much data to display more than a couple of reports.  I wonder if there's some way of viewing all the reports that use a template.
