(OO) Support Tip: How to start and stop the Insights service

After enabling the Insights service, it is Central's responsibility to start and stop the Insights service.
However, it is also possible to manually start and stop the Insight service as needed.

In an Windows environment, start and stop the Windows service with the display name 'Micro Focus Operations Orchestration Insights'.

In a Linux environment, it can be started and stopped with the 'insights' command as follows

  # cd <OO_INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY>/insights/bin
  # ./insights start (or stop)
