Situation

Oracle Database upgrade issue during application version upgrade to 24.2 version. Network Automation was successfully upgraded to target version 24.2, however, this message appeared in login screen as:

"The system has detected that the most recent upgrade did not successfully complete. To prevent database corruption, logins will not be allowed until the upgrade issues are resolved. Contact support for assistant"
