On https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/Hybrid_Cloud_Management/2020.05/OfferingPricing it says,
Use external prices
If you enable external pricing, you will enter a key for the price of an option rather than a numeric value. The key must exist in the JSON file from your external pricing system and must be assigned to the same organization as the offering. See the document on External Pricing.

However there is no document available to use external pricing and the function is not supported currently. R&D is working on a solution.
