During patch remediation “will not install” error coming

When you encounter issues while patching Windows servers through Micro Focus HPSA, particularly with errors like “will not install (this patch is not applicable because it is not recommended by windows update, so it will be not installed” despite successful communication tests, it can be frustrating. Please provide solution even overall server status is succeeded and patch compliance is also succeeded with non- compliant and software compliance is also succeeded with script error output i.e. server does not associate with any software policies.
