After running the opcagt
status command, it displays the error Failed to connect to the server. ConnectServer() returns Error code = 0x80070005.
Most of the agent processes are in stopped status.

The endpoint security application Falcon Sensor Crowdstrike was installed before running the OA Operation Agent upgrade, causing them to stop/disable the services.
Once Falcon Sensor Crowdstrike was disabled, the OA Operations processes started working.
