Environment

Operations Bridge Manager starting from 24.2 and 24.4 for now

Situation

Often there is doubt why there may be difference between the number of nodes in RTSM and how many units are consumed. Also how to find which node consumes full and which reduced count. As well is do we need still the old licenses like OA license or Management Pack license when using the CI based licensing model starting from OBM 24.2.
