Environment

High Availability architecture with 2 DPSs and 3 GWs, Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) version 24.2 | 11.70.046, all running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.9. Operations Agent (OA) version 12.27.

Situation

Critical issues with limited feedback on the success or failure of the REST Web Service policy to handle incoming events via POST requests; the only indicators available are the HTTP return code 200 or a connection refused error, with no other output or detailed error feedback. Specific servers return a 200 OK response, yet no events appeared in OBM’s event console.
