Knowledge Doc: DI post load not working - aligned/summarization table not updated

Environment

Operations Bridge Suite – All Versions

Situation

After a fresh installation of OPTIC DL 24.2 with AMC configured, the raw table opsb_agent_node was populated.
However, aligned and summarization tables are not populated.
The below error messages were returned:

Can't connect to database : [Vertica] [VerticaDSII] (160) Connection attempt failed: could not connect to server: connection refused
Invalid connection string attribute SSLCAFile (SQL-01S00)
Invalid connection string attribute SSLMode (SQL-01S00).
