Need help to get suppression duplicate alerts and to get the genuine alerts on BSM

Dear Team,
While checking the logs for the trap details i can see the below trap details in the /var/opt/OV/log/OpC/opcmsglg  log file.

But in the OBM event browser i am able to see the below information i.e both events are different but still the event as marked as 36 Duplicate count.
So i need to your help with this to resolve the issue and fine tune.
Note: I have created the policies based on the MIB files provided by Storage team , some of the events are appearing in OBM console and some of them are marked as Duplicate counts even though with different event descriptions but same Storage device.
This trap is generated when there is a warning condition in the system. -
