Possibility to create an incident for each user in a group in one operation.

Currently one request can be created for only one user in one operation. For 20 users, we need to create an incident 20 times. Can we do this in one operation so that each user in a group gets created with one incident in a single operation.

In case, you not provide an update for a Manual Installation, so we have to migrate to the appliance. But if you have an Citrix XenServer System, you need a supported Service Desk Appliance. The existing appliances are not running out of the box.
