Just migrated a ZSD 23.4 appliance to 24.1 and need to register the appliance in order to get the update to 24.3. When I enter what I believe to be a valid, current registration code, I get an error:

com.novell.admin.common.server.rpc.beans.RpcException:
Error: /usr/bin/suse_register -E failed with a return code of 2

The appliance was fully patched prior to starting the upgrade. I remember seeing something like this with ZENworks and needing to patch it but there's nothing out there for ZSD, which makes sense since everything comes through the appliance update process.

I did try the Service Desk Update Channel code as well. No joy.
