We currently have ZENworks v23 installed and looking to upgrade to v24. Unfortunately, when we attempt to download, we do not see anything other than v8 and earlier. Is there somewhere different to download?

That is the thing, there isn't any option for anything later than 8 on any of our product names.
I think you need to reach out to open a Ticket with Customer Support or Licensing. Most likely there is a back-end issue with your account causing it to not be displayed.
