I've recently upgraded to 8.2.1, and the new look is going to take some getting used to.
What I am struggling with is editing an incident / service request and changing the Item by type and not name.
In previous version you could search for an item by number of name / type, but I do not appear to be able to do so in 8.2.1:
This is a bit of show stopper, as we don't know the item numbers of all the items we have.
Is there anyway of changing this, or should I just revert back to a previous version?
