Micro Focus Service Desk mobile phone App

There was talk last year of the Service Desk mobile phone app being updated. I was wondering if there any updates or ETAs regarding this updated App.

Also, in the previous version, the on-screen keyboard didn't allow you to use spaces in your password - therefore, anyone with spaces in their password are unable to connect the App to our Service Desk system.

    Hi Aaron,

    Actually it's not really the Service Desk app that will get updated but the web-portal will get some significant changes that will make it possible to access service desk with your mobile phone browser. At the end of this year we hope to ship the next major release of Service Desk where the end-user portal will get a new fresh look based on a completely different web-framework, this will greatly enhance the experience when accessing Service Desk from your phone. The initial focus is on the end-user but after that the technician portal will get the same update and will move to the new framework as well, with that the need for a separate app will disappear.
