Service desk trail license key

I downloaded free trial from microfocus site and installed the software, after creating dB, the is asking for license information, I contacted the support and sales team, they have given me this community link. Any one installed trial license please share how to get license key and certificate?

    The install should automatically include a license I think, no need to input one.

    I just put an appliance up from a trail download and it had the following:

    Product
    Service Manager
    Version #7.4
    Licensee
    Novell
    User Limit

    20 (Licensed: 0) (Temporary: 20) (Used: 1)

    I am using service desk and it is not installing the trial license automatically.
    The other issue just got popped up when checked the logs, the software is not able to create table in DB, even with root password it fails.

    ERROR 55865[http-nio-8700-exec-5] null(JDBCExceptionReporter.java:101) - Table 'servicedesk.version' doesn't exist
