Email character display limit

I imported a customer list and everything imported just fine. When I went to the customer list, I noticed it was cutting off part of the email. I increased the size of the column for emails but it was still being cut off. I counted all the characters in the emails that were cut off and it seems that it is only displaying 25 characters. I used the user import template from Service Desk and it shows the email can be 128 characters. Is there a way to allow it to display the entire email instead of only 25 characters?

I just tested this in my test-environment and created a long e-mail address, for me this imported without any problem. I wonder why this might go wrong in your environment. What is your LDAP source? (I tested in combination with AD on Windows 2012 R2)

The weird thing is it imports the email just fine. The only issue is the display on the Customer list. When I click on the customer to look at their details, the email shows correctly. There is plenty of room in the column for all the characters, it is just cutting it off at 25 characters. We are not using an LDAP source. I exported a list from our old help desk, saved it as a .CSV file, and imported into Service Desk. Service Desk is running on Windows 2012 R2.

I am currently using Service Desk 7.2 on a Windows 2008 R2 server and I am still trying to solve this issue. Is there a faster way to find out what HTML or wo file this page is using? It is the screen when you click on the "USERS" menu tab and the "Customers" sub-menu tab and it lists all the Customers in the system. I cannot find anything in the setup where it limits to displaying only 25 characters. I created a test account to show here. I created a user, Service Desk, and gave it the email "service.desk.test@email.test" and it cut it off at 25 characters. I am attaching a screenshot of the displayed email and also a screen shot when I right click and choose Inspect to show the code.
