We are attempting to setup and test ZENworks Service Desk for our environment. One feature we really liked but are struggling with is Items (imported from ZENworks) attached to requests. Currently as it stands, it appears Items are being solely referenced by Item Number which customers/technicians would have no idea what they were. Is there any way to change Items default reference to Network Name instead? Seeing all items as a random number instead of device/bundle name is very difficult to work with.
Any helpful tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
