Device patch list does not list patch

I have a ZCM23.4 version and which use advanced ZPM

I find a ZPM scan ....the single device's patch list has no 2024-10 comulative update in list.

but when I click [Security]==>[Patches]....I could find this patch which still keep enable status, and  get one device has not patched...and this "1" is the device which does not show patch in its list.

I think when the device name in patch's Patch/Not Patched list....the single device's patch list also has this patch name....

Correct ?
