I see in another post you got the Feed to Update Once.....
Is it now updating regularly? Or was that a one time event? still failing most of the time?
I don't see any updates one way or the other in your case. I have not had any failure in quite a few retries since last week sometime.

I don't see any updates one way or the other in your case. I have not had any failure in quite a few retries since last week sometime.
Where in the logs would we find those attempts/successes in the past? I got lost trying, not that the heat here is helping today (>30C plus muggy)

Ah, so just check every day if unsure, now that I know where that is, that it is under "Subscriptions and Share" vs trying to find something on Subscriptions under Configuration. Still so much to learn on this big system.

Hi Craig, I am having this issue with CVE subscription. In the web interface, I get a success return, but in the loader-messages.log I get the following (one of the entries in a full run as I tried to recreate the subscription after the fails):-
Error downloading CVE data for URL https://services.nvd.nist.gov//rest/json/cves/2.0/?lastModStartDate=2024-07-02T12:00:00Z&lastModEndDate=2024-10-30T12:00:00Z&noRejected&resultsPerPage=1&startIndex=0
I've tried lots of times, even registered for an API key but still no joy. I see mention of a schema file, do I need to download and make that available on the zenworks primary in question?

I get this on a fresh install in a test environment too, same version. I can download content using wget from the nist site on the zenworks server.

No really good ideas....
#1 - Try applying the latest 23.4 Server Side in your patch. Maybe it will help, though I can't find a specific fix...
Make sure the Proxy is configured for CVE....
May want a new thread if that does not help....
