I've had a lot of problems since the new version of ZPM was installed and I wanted to know if I was the only one in this situation.
I've opened 7 cases since December and I can't see any improvement.
The FTF 92 (Defect 748009) does not completely solve the prefetch download problem, although it was supposed to, and support tells me that the development team is still working on the problem.
Patches are applied randomly. Sometimes it's quick, other times it takes several weeks and sometimes they don't apply. I've opened a new case for the latest Windows security patch which doesn't apply.
I have a case open because the ZPM logs cannot be deleted, on some workstations there are 30 GB of them.
Today the Device Patch Compliance rate is under 1% and yet I'm applying almost all the patches.
