With the help of Susan we have finally found the solution or rather a way around the problem.

It's not possible to have a shared content repository with ZPM On Demand Content.

But i'is a shame not to have a shared content repository with On Demand Content.

I understand if you have a lot of workstations, having a content repository on each primary server allow to have load balancing, but in our case, we have only a thousand workstations, one On Demand Content is enough.
