Yes! WRITTEN because only some of us like the forced serial timing of audio/visual, as that also rather limits/blocks anyone who might be impaired in either sense.
Audio/visual demands you follow the tasks at that cadence (at what ever replay speed you select), demanding a manual effort to pause when needed. I get how that works for some people, but not well for many others.
It also demands more of screen real estate than text can be fit in. Sometimes a single page print out of steps that one can mark off is totally superior to having to cut into the screen space of the task itself.

Thanks Craig! I didn't dig through the docs enough to find that. Since the video docs were top level, I thought the written docs would be top level also.
FYI I hate Video Docs that are more than 3-4 minutes long unless there is an index with links where I can jump to specific topics.

Amen. They are great for an initial overview, but to really dive in, we need that written. Now why they can't put the direct link in with those videos, since they aren't always the easiest to find, makes it really frustrating. At least we can comment with it.
