New ZPM ERRORS: PATCH.PATCH_ERROR_FAILED_TO_DEPLOY and system dont meet system requierements on scan

After the ZPM update the devices on the zone show this errors.

The server have installed the last FTF 959 with the lasts agents patches on the managed devices and .NET 4.8.

The Patch Policies are modified to work with the new data base and sync patches.

I can't identify what patches are causing this errors because the logs don't show info.

Also when running a Quick Task to Scan Paths we get the error that the app don't meet the requirements.

Yes, after reboot the device the error persists.

Does the Error persist after rebooting the device? The screenshots seem to indicate the PC is in need of a reboot before it can apply a patch.
