Update to ZENworks 2020 Update 3

When I update to ZENworks 2020 Update 3, am I automatically on the new Next Generation Patch Management?

    No. When you upgrade to ZENworks 2020 Update 3, you would still be on the legacy Patch Management. You would need to initiate a migration to switch to Next Generation Patch Management.     Hi Marco. No, you are not. When you install Update 3, you are still on the old patch feed - which we are calling the Legacy Patch Platform. This allows you to get through your System Update and make sure everything is working correctly before you switch to the Next Generation Patch Management - which we call the Advanced Patch Platform. It also gives you time to roll out the Update 3 Agent to your managed devices. This is not a requirement - the Advanced Patch Platform works with older 2017 and 2020 Agents - but it is recommended because there are a couple of limitations with the older agents. Once you are ready, you use an option in ZENworks Control Center to migrate.
