how to configure patch management for macOS 12.x?

How can we configure the patch management for macintosh? This will be the first time that we'll be having a mac in our network. We were able to install the ZENworks Agent and connect it to the server but there is no DAU or signatures for it. We've already waited overnight but there is still nothing.
