SCR-ERROR issue

Hi All

   My customer's Patch Management 2017 U4 FTF1a work fine about 3-4 years...

recently customer response the DAU sync well and provide latest patch list.

but when he select patch and try to download patch cache...it show fail.

I check loader-message.log...it show some informaiton like below:

at the same time , my lab ZCM server use customer License and did the same step...but my server could download well.so not license issue..

I think it may ba network or policy...but no other information could be verity.

Who has similar experience could kindly provide suggestion to me ? (I  have open a new case, waiting engineer assign)
