LM.detection Error 80041002

Customer has win2016  which use ZCM2017U4FTF1a agent.

it run patchh scan...LM.detection_x64.exe...it will show Error 80041002 error code in lm.detection.log

even I direct click lm.detection_x64.dll it show the same error message in cmd.

Who has similar experience ?? thanks!!

    Could you send a small snipnet (8 lines before the error, the error line and 8 lines after the error line?

    if I direct click lm.Detection_64.exe, it still only show Error: [80041002] Line: -1
