Are the Databases Running on the Same Port?

The zdm.xml and zenaudit.xml files are located in
%ZENWORKS_HOME%\conf\datamodel on Windows and in /etc/opt/novell/zenworks/
datamodel on Linux.

Yes, they are the same port but I already stop the service of the PostgreSQL 10 before Starting the PostgreSQL 11.

verify both the zdm.xml, and zenaudit.xml to make sure the IP, DB Name, and Port are all the same.

Make sure you can connect to those same instances outside of ZCM.

Sounds as if something is changing on your PG11 instances in regard to what is needed to connect.

When you tested connecting to the PG11 DB using DBBeaver or PGADmin....Did you use the same credentials that ZCM uses for the database?

Perhaps somehow there is a credential issue with the user defined for ZCM?

When I try to login in the ZCM via Zone Administrator it is incorrect already. But when I try to login to the pgAdmin it is correct.

But which "POSTGRES" Credentials are you using for PGADMIN?

When Testing with PGADMIN, you need to test with the same PG Creds that ZCM is using....Not the ZCC Zone Credentials.

When I try to login in the X.X.X.X:9443 using zenadmin credentials to continue the migration it is accepted. But when I try to login using the Zone Admin it is incorrect. See the attached file. I beleive that the Zone Admin credentials is the same as the Zone Admin from the 2017
