Novell.Zenworks.AppModule.LaunchException' was thrown

Hello,

I have a client that has two 2019 servers that seem to thorow the following error against one of the patch policies. Other patch downloads seem to work fine. Any ideas would be appreciated!

May want to look at logs for the specific patches in your patch policy to look for errors. If any particular patches in the policy are not applying successfully to that server, it would be a good place to start.

Thanks for the quick reply Craig. Are you referring to the primary or satellite side logs or the client-side receiving log?

on the device that is failing to apply the policy.

Most likely some patch is failing to install. The reason the patch files to install is likely native to that patch itself.

Detection results logs and deployment results log files are written to %ZENWORKS_HOME%\ zpm.
