I have Windows 11 64-bit ARM virtualized on VMware Fusion Professional version 13.6.2. The problem I am now experiencing after updating the ZENworks agent from 23.4 to 24.2.  Upon the installation and reboot, ZENworks hangs a startup and eventually displays the error message (shown below) "Failed to Create Data Directory. NW.js cannot read and write to its data directory C:\Users\376". I have attempted to fix the issue by uninstalling ZENworks, rebooting, and reinstalling. I still get the same error. Another attempt was to rename the user and its directory to 376. When I did that, the error message did not appear, but the ZENworks agent would hang during boot-up.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
