Installerror with Zenworksagent 23.4.0.88 on Windows 10

Hello,

recently we upgraded our zenworks servers to 23.4.0.88. These are 2 new servers (with 2 new ips).

Our installationprocess is based on MDT. We use Windows 10 22H2 (enterprise).

When we try to install the new zenworks-agents (downloaded from one of the new servers) we get the following errors:

Prior to that there is also a warning in the event logs:

Can anyone help with this?

We tried installation through MDT and also called the .exe files manually through an elevated CMD - always with the same errors.

Maybe try from the other server...but certainly looks like at least one of the files in the pre-agent is corrupt....I've never seen that.

We tried the installer from both (new) servers - same result. The network- and web-installer also don't install correctly.

Probably need a service request to figure out what that file is corrupt on your systems and how to replace it....
