upgrade to 24.4

HI All

   Now my ZCM primary server has upgrade to 24.2 with FTF186 , then want to upgrade to 24.4.

using online upgrade ...it show "There are no new system updates available."

Iuse offline 24.4 update zip file to import...it occur error about postgresql version 

Whether 24.2 could not upgrade to 24.4 ?
