#1 - The "Upgraded With Errors" is most likely because you have "Both" ZENworks FDE Configured as well as Native WIndows Bitlocker.  If ZENworks FDE is configured to be installed on a Bitlocker Device, it will throw an upgrade warning because it cannot install the upgraded FDE on a  Bitlocker System.  The two are not compatible.  Make sure the FDE Agent Feature is set to "Uninstalled" if you are using Bitlocket instead of FDE.

If you are using FDE....You need to make sure the "Automatic Bitlocker Encryption" does not kick in or ZENworks FDE will not be able to manage the Encryption.

#2 - Only showing 84% in some cases is only cosmetic and the device will really be at 100%.  In some cases, the notifications the Update sends to the Notification Window can lag, so when it reaches 100% you may be prompted to reboot even if the notifications being processed are still a little behind 100%.  Turning off "Show Progress" would prevent that.

If you are having an issue other than the above....I would recommend a support case to analyze.

Adeckert2 : I can confirm this faulty behavior of the update progress notification.
This behavior exists already since agent version 24.2.
But the reboot request is correct because the corresponding system-update.log shows 100%.
So it seems more like an annoying and user confusing cosmetic issue.

This is supposed to be "Fixed" in 24.4 thru the use of a registry key.....You may want to see if this key does anything for you..

(Note: Despite saying HCKU....I believe it will be under HKLM based on feedback I gave during testing...)

It can be configured by creating a registry key at location Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\SystemUpdate. 

The key name is IsPercentDisplayRequired and it can have value as True/False.

It's also possible the the "DEFAULT" will be the old behavior despite what it says here, though I think I pushed for New to be the default since the old was often broken....again...I'm not 100% sure about the final implementation detail because I don't see it in the Registry Key doc...not sure if it was hidden elsewhere....

And the 2nd issue ....We commonly get "System Update Completed WIth Errors" if the FDE Agent is installed as part of ZCM and Bitlocker is enabled.  So it's just two unrelated issues you may be seeing.  The progress is cosmetic.....and there was supposed to be a fix around a registry key but i don't see it documented....need to research more....

In ZCM 24.4 or later on the agent set the following registry key.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\SystemUpdate\HideInstallPercentProgress=True  (Technically any Non-Null Value)

With that set, the SU will not show a percent progress and only show the following if you interact with the System Update Icon in the System Tray.

This is designed to fix the Timing/Cosmetic Issue where there would be a prompt to reboot before it would display 100% (Even though it was 100%).

It also removes about 50+ beeps if show progress is enabled......
