How can I force the language of the ZCC 24.2 login page?

I upgraded to 24.2 and the ZCC login page is always in English.

It's a Known Problem OCTCR40D766025

In 23.4 I was able to force the default language with a configuration file on the server, but it seems that it no longer exists after the update.

I can't remember the name of the file or where it is.

There is not work-around posted in the defect. However, the Defect is flagged as fixed in 24.4

I sent internal emails asking why the KM article was not updated to reflect that status.

I just remembered a bit of the filename and I found it.

OverrideLocale.properties

/etc/opt/microfocus/zenworks/zenworks-conf/OverrideLocale.properties (Linux)

/vastorage/etc/opt/microfocus/zenworks/zenworks-conf/OverrideLocale.properties (Appliance)
