ZENworks 24.4 Update Error

Hello,

I am following this documentation Upgrading ZENworks 2020.x or ZENworks 24.x where some links linke Upgrading Embedded PostgreSQL Database are not working.

We are now on PostgreSQL 16.4 and get this error while Downloading the Update to ZCC:

"An error occurred while importing the update content. Retry downloading the update. In case of repeated failures, check the loader-messages.log for details."

What is going wrong?

    Have you tried downloading update manually and importing with zman sui ?

    Update worked but not for the Server:

    Your zone is being upgraded to a latest version of ZENworks. However, the following Primary Servers in this zone have not yet been upgraded. You need to take these servers offline, and manually upgrade them at the earliest.
    Note: If any of these servers are in the process of being upgraded, you can ignore this warning. They will be removed from this list once the Agent refresh is completed.

    I also tried the Quick Task | Refresh Device and Inventory Scan but It still shows the 24.2 version.

    Sometimes this takes a while even in normal cases.

    From the Bash prompt try:

    zac ref bypasscache

    zac sts rollup  (rolls up status files...)

    --

    Give it a few minutes and verify the "Last Full Refresh" for the Agent Portion of the Primary Server is updating.

    This rarely indicates an actual failure of the Server Update itself....More that the Agent on the Server is not talking to the Server on the Server when it doesn't self-correct after a short period of time or with the commands above.
