Have you tried downloading update manually and importing with zman sui ?

Yes, there is no other possibility.

make sure you are importing the download from under /tmp  

make sure there is plenty of disk space...

loader-messages.log may give some other insights....make sure the system is at debug.

I retried the import again and now it worked. Maybe the system needed a Lunch break.

Update worked but not for the Server:

I also tried the Quick Task | Refresh Device and Inventory Scan but It still shows the 24.2 version.

Sometimes this takes a while even in normal cases.

From the Bash prompt try:

zac ref bypasscache

zac sts rollup  (rolls up status files...)

Give it a few minutes and verify the "Last Full Refresh" for the Agent Portion of the Primary Server is updating.

This rarely indicates an actual failure of the Server Update itself....More that the Agent on the Server is not talking to the Server on the Server when it doesn't self-correct after a short period of time or with the commands above.

Still the 24.2 Version. Last Contact /Agent Contact Nov 13 12:07 AM.

I changed the Agent Port on the Server from 7443 to 443 and that solved the error.
