I need some assistance with migrating to the ZCM Appliance. Currently, we are running ZCM 2020.3 on three Windows Server 2012 instances. Our goal is to migrate to a ZCM Appliance version 2020.3 and then upgrade it following the approved upgrade path.

However, I noticed that the ZCM Appliance is only available for download in version 2020.2. Is it possible to add this version of the Appliance to the existing zone running 2020.3, or do we need to first upgrade the existing Windows servers to version 23.4 before adding the Appliance?

For your information, the database is an external MSSQL cluster, which will remain unchanged.
