Sorry to bump this, but I haven't been able to get this solved.  I found this KB, but doesn't seem to help.  All the relevant keys exist.

Not sure.  I tried it this morning and it's working fine.  If you Google "Zenworks Passive Mode login stops working after upgrade to Windows v1709, v1803, or v1809", that's the KB.

For 11 24H2, there are a couple possibilities...The old KB may still apply, it was an OS Upgrade bug where MS removes and then restores 3rd Party Credential Providers during OS upgrades.  In some rare cases it did not restore them.  Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 24H2 is a Major OS Reinstall so in theory it could happen, but it does not happen nearly as often as it used to.  

Maybe the OS was still updating and part way through that process and reboots fixed it.

Understandable, just curious on why the fix isn't working.  When I look on my machine, those keys are there.  I also uninstalled the User Management spoke using ZCC and reinstalled, rebooting in between each step, but I'm still getting the realm prompt.  It seems to have fixed another machine, but not my primary machine.

In Short, Make sure you have not set the registry key to Disable the ZCM Credential Provider (or using another 3rd party Cred Provider - There can only be One.)

If either you cannot or do not want to use it....

You will need to either configure Kerberos or make sure MPR Notifications are enabled at device boot via Policy/Reg Key (Enabling MPR notifications is not the preferred method.)

Keep in mind 24H2 is not yet officially supported, but the info above has nothing to do with support, MS is slowly deprecating the ability for Windows to relay password details to 3rd party credential providers, but accepting them from a 3rd party is not an issue.

I don't have the key to disable it.  I think we did at one point as I have a bundle to create it and remove it, but neither are assigned anymore.  

I did set up Kerberos, but haven't restarted any services.  I did restart my machine and have the same issue.

If you are not explicitly disabling the ZCM Credential Provider....then you may have another 3rd party one installed.

If not using any you can think of....I would check OES CLient settings around "Use 3rd Party Credential Provider".  The OES Client normally calls into use so that should not matter....
