Delay the disabling of superseded patche

Hi All

     I have 23.4  with latest FTF 99 and another lab 24.2 with latest FTF 186 

both lab are set "PATCH_DELAY_SUPERSEDED_DISABLE" , and value set 365

But ZPM , has a setting Delay the disabling of superseded patche...still only provide 30/60/90 days as screenshot

But 23.4 with FTF99....this settiing is value icon and autofill 365 (match sustem variable  "PATCH_DELAY_SUPERSEDED_DISABLE")

the 24.2 web setting is correct ? and why it is not same with 23.4 with FTF99 ?
