Mobile Devices stop communicate after update Zenworks

Hey,

yesterday we update our Zenworks to 24.2. Now all mobile devices stop communicating with the Zenworks server.

Regardless of whether we initialize the communication from the server or the mobile device or the website on the mobile, it don´t work

At the mobiles the error

Internal server error proceccing the request

is displayed in the Zenworks App.

The mobile reaches the website of Zenworks (https://<zenserver>/zenworks-eup), all fine.

I enroll a new mobile an all works fine.

Is there any sullution for these problem or have I to reset and enroll all mobiles?

    Thanks for that, now the mobiles contact to the Zenworks.

    But, is there another fix for ActiveSynch?

    the mobiles display the whole time, that the account must be confirmed and wan´t an password. If the password ist typed an send, the message will show agian and again and again ... .
    But the mails are updated (by swipe down, not automaticly) and you can write mails.

    New registrations are not possible withe the error, the account can´t be verfied.
