My apologies, but I don't fully understand your questions.

However, here is the ZCM 23.4 Windows ISO installer.

Alternately, you can use the ZCM 20.2 Media and upgrade the Windows Primary to 23.4 using System Update.

To use the Migration Tool, the Primary needs to be fully installed and part of a Zone.  You cannot Migrate a server that is not fully installed and configured.

the Step3 in [Migration Process Workflow]

1. Deploy a new Appliance. Configure ONLY the OS part. Do not configure ZENworks.

So I think this appliance should be not fully join to exist zone..so it could not get upgrade package from system update on exist zone.

 and I think How could I let this "new Appliance" could set its version is same with my windows primary server (23.4).

  　Ｉ check the download list...I find a interesting....ZCM product list these 23.4 appliance...but ZPM 23.4 only has 2020.2 appliance..

and another question...what is ZCM23.4_insallOnly.iso ?

The ISO is for a Windows Install. The others are for the Appliance.

I have not configured myself for ZPM only, but other products such as Asset Mgmr have the appliance.  They are all identical.  The only vary after the license is applied so you can use the appliance from any ZCM or ZPM or Assett Mgmt and they are all the same.

Note: We have confirmed they appliances are missing for ZPM and we will try and get them added, but as noted before you can use the ZCM one as it will be identical.
