NALShell.dll causing Windows Explorer to crash

Hi,

we have many complaints from our employees that they get the error message "Windows Explorer stopped working" every once in a while. They can either close the error dialog or click "Restart Windows Explorer". In both ways Windows Explorer crashes (taskbar and desktop disappear) und restarts immediately.

I looked into the Event Log on some of the machines and it's always the same error:

Our systems are running on Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1 with ZENagent 11.1 installed.

We need a fix for that please! :-/

P.S.: Sorry for the german error log but I don't have the time atm to translate it.

    I would recommend an SR.
There may be a patch available for this specific issue.
