After installing the "All-Users" ZCC Helper, it does not detect the Java included with it and requests that Java 8 be installed.

Environment

ZENworks 24.4

Situation

After installing the "All-Users" ZCC Helper, it does not detect the Java included with it and requests that Java 8 be installed.

Cause

The "ZCC_JAVA_HOME" variable was not set to the "TARGETDIR" for the Helper install PRIOR to the install and available inside the command shell from which the helper MSI was installed.
