Environment

ZENworks 24.4

Situation

During ZENworks 24.4 System Update import, Download Status shows “Error” due to pre-requisites failure on the Embedded PostgreSQL Version Check.

Click on ZENworks 24.4 Error Status to view the below Failed Pre-requisite message

The update cannot proceed as the following prerequisites have failed. Resolve the failures and retry

Embedded PostgreSQL Version Check

Yes

The embedded postgresql database version is less than the minimum required version: 16.4

Note: This pre-requisite check does not apply to the ZENworks Server configured with an External PostgreSQL on any other supported versions for ZENworks 24.4.

We are already on PostgreSQL 16.4 and get this error while Downloading the Update to ZCC: "An error occurred while importing the update content. Retry downloading the update. In case of repeated failures, check the loader-messages.log for details."
