Bundle with actions configured to "Run as User" throws "Object Not Found" exception when run without a user logged into the PC

Environment

ZENworks Configuration Management 24.2


Situation

Bundles with actions designed to run as the Logged in User or to Display Actions to the Logged on user may throw an "Object Not Found Exception".
 

Cause

The bundle is trying to locate the logged on user to execute the action as the logged on user but  a logged on user does not exist so it throws an error it cannot find the object.  (Note: "There are a myriad of potential causes for "Object Not Found".  This is simply one of many.)
