After moving the ZENworks database to the new MS SQL Server, access to ZCC throws 404 Error as ZENworks Server is unable to connect to the new MS SQL database with Named Instance and Dynamic Port configuration

ZENworks 23.4 or higher 

Situation

When the ZENworks database is moved from one MS SQL to another MS SQL Server involving a Named Instance( or Cluster), Configuring ZENworks Primary Server to point to the new MS SQL Server, it may throw 404 Error in ZCC.

The current JDBC Url configuration may not allow a successful connection from the Primary Server to the ZENworks database on the new SQL Server.
